With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she specializes in Primary Care, Medical Aesthetics, and Anti-aging treatments, providing exceptional patient care and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Nurse Practitioner Graham holds a Master’s degree in Nursing from Kaplan University and is a trained Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. Her expertise is supported by specialty certifications in Neurotoxin injections, Dermal Fillers, PDO threads, Medical Weight Loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments, among others.
With over a decade of experience in Substance Use Disorder treatment, Nurse Practitioner Graham is certified in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) by the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry and Medications for Addiction Treatment/Substance Use Disorder by the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.

Originally from Colombia, Dr. Carolina Vera moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, at the age of nine. Her early dreams of a better life fueled her determination and academic excellence, leading her to graduate at the top of her high school class. Dr. Vera was immediately accepted into Nova Southeastern University’s prestigious medical school, where she graduated with highest honors.
With a passion for saving lives, she pursued a residency in Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami, earning the title of Chief Intern during her four years of training. For over a decade, Dr. Vera worked in Emergency Rooms across Broward and Dade Counties, mastering her medical skills and saving countless lives.
Driven by her artistic eye and gentle hands, Dr. Vera transitioned into the field of Aesthetic Medicine. She became double board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Aesthetic Medicine, combining her extensive medical expertise with her passion for natural beauty and patient care.
Dr. Vera is at the forefront of age management medicine, focusing on proactive, preventative approaches to optimize health, appearance, and quality of life.
